Another wonderful set from Germany CIRCA 1940s. Lovely pink hand painted with raised panels and scrolls in fine porcelain tea cup and saucer. The cup is adorned with a cameo portrait of an 18th-century French couple. The image is accented in gilding, all piece edges are trimmed in gold. Stunning and delicate. Cup is 2 1/2" tall and 4" wide, saucer is 5 1/2" wide and 3/4" tall. Each set weights 9oz.
